My name is Wiktoria — I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, HYROX World Championship Qualifier, and the creator of WiktoryLab.

Originally from Poland, I’m now living in NYC.

Fitness has always been my passion, but it’s more than a passion — it’s my purpose. Over the past decade, I’ve helped people build strength and endurance both inside and outside the gym. I know that it’s not just about the body — it’s about mindset, discipline, and the small, consistent habits that add up to big wins.

That’s why I created WiktoryLab — my class in NYC. It’s a 60-minute performance workout that blends strength, conditioning, and endurance into one powerful session. It’s tough, it’s fun, and it’s fueled by community. Here, we push limits, build mental toughness, and remind ourselves that quitting is never an option.

I bring intensity and high energy to everything I coach, because I believe the best results come when you’re pushed past your comfort zone but supported by people who want to see you win. Whether it’s preparing for a HYROX race, chasing your fastest 5K, or simply getting fitter and stronger, my mission is to help you discover how much you’re capable of.

When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll probably find me sipping coffee (a lot of coffee) or brainstorming new ways to help people crush their goals.
